Vegas Toolbox is proud to welcome internationally recognized educator, author, and community advocate Devyn Stone for a powerful three-day educational intensive focused on building stronger, safer, and more affirming community spaces.
Whether you’re an educator, organizer, titleholder, dungeon monitor, community leader, or simply someone wanting to grow in your personal interactions, this immersive weekend is designed to challenge perspectives, deepen awareness, and provide practical tools you can immediately apply in real-world settings.
Through trauma-informed discussion, guided reflection, neuro-inclusive frameworks, and practical communication strategies, participants will explore how inclusion shows up not only in public community spaces—but also in negotiations, relationships, power dynamics, and everyday interactions.
This isn’t just a lecture.
It’s a weekend of growth, conversation, community, and connection.

Come unwind, socialize, and connect during a special Vegas Toolbox After Dark evening with Devyn Stone.
This relaxed social gathering gives attendees a chance to:

- Network with fellow students and community members

- Enjoy community connection in a casual environment
Light play is permitted at the venue.
Furniture and play space are limited.

Creating Affirming Spaces: From Intention to Impact
Creating spaces that feel genuinely affirming takes more than good intentions—it requires awareness, skill, and practice.
In this intensive, Devyn Stone explores how bias can show up in both subtle and overt ways, and how we can recognize and interrupt it in real time. Participants will examine how inclusion, accessibility, and trauma-informed care intersect within:
- Dungeon spaces
- Conferences and events
- Community leadership
- Negotiation practices
- One-on-one interactions
- Everyday communication
With a focus on neuro-inclusivity and practical application, students will leave with tools to help create environments that are safer, more accessible, and more affirming for a wider range of people.
Guided reflection and optional partnered practice will provide opportunities to apply concepts in real time.
